Follow the journey of water to rivers to communities and beyond.
Adventure at Kaweah Oaks Preserve: Day #3 explores one of Earth’s most valuable resources: water. Through hands-on science, creative collaboration, and interactive activities, campers will discover how water shapes landscapes, supports wildlife, and connect communities.
Throughout the morning, campers will rotate through interactive activity stations exploring watersheds, water conservation, pollution, and the movement of water through natural systems. Activities encourage problem solving, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of the important role water plays in everyday life.
Whether creating a collaborative watershed mural, investigating environmental challenges, or discovering how rivers change over time, students will leave with new knowledge and a greater appreciation for the importance of protecting our water resources.
