Join us for a FREE EFT Tapping workshop on Monday, July 20 from 6 to 8 PM at the Discovery Center (4444 Hadley Avenue N). Come learn about EFT and how tapping can be a simple way to reset the nervous system, signaling calm and safety throughout the body and mind, using just your fingertips. We will tap nine pressure points in the body. This class is for ages 18 and up.
