Gastrointestinal diseases are a common source of frustration for owners and nutrition remains a cornerstone of the therapeutic plan. Using the latest 2026 ACVIM consensus guidelines, we will explore the shift from empirical medical therapy to nutrition-based diagnostic and therapeutic trials.
