Another of our ByAnnie pattern classes, Easy Does It is the perfect next step for building confidence in bag making — and it’s also a great class for anyone with a little bag-making experience who wants to sharpen their skills.
In this class, you’ll combine techniques introduced in earlier ByAnnie projects to create a practical, polished bag that’s perfect for everyday use, travel, or organizing your sewing supplies. Even if you haven’t taken the previous classes, students with basic bag-making experience will feel right at home.
In this class, students will learn how to:
Combine foundational techniques to construct a finished bag
Sew and install sturdy, professional-looking handles
Refresh and strengthen skills for sewing with ByAnnie’s Soft and Stable
Install a zipper with confidence
Use a stiletto effectively when sewing curves and working with zippers
Make and apply bias binding from a fat quarter
You’ll leave class with a finished bag and the confidence to continue exploring more advanced ByAnnie patterns.
