Hosted by community volunteers, this weekly intermediate - no drop ride offers a fun and engaging community experience.
The famous Munson Monday has two starting points. The 22 mile route option starts at the big oak tree by the Edison at Cascades Park (470 Suwannee St, Tallahassee, FL 32301) at 5:30 SHARP. We set a 14mph pace on pavement until we reach Munson trailhead. The return trip is not paced.
The 8 mile route starts at Munson Trailhead parking lot (5140 Woodville Hwy, Tallahassee, FL 32305) at 6:00. This red-clay roller coaster is fun and fast! Lots of paces and lots of regroup breaks to ensure no one is left behind. Everyone is welcome. Lights required during daylight savings!
