Changes in Registration (Course Adjustment Period or Drop/Add)
In accordance with the 301.7 – Registration policy, students may add and drop courses from their schedule until the end of the Change of Registration period each semester, which is the first ten (10) class days of a fall or spring term. The courses for which students are registered at the close of the registration period constitute their official registration and course load for the semester and count as Attempted Hours. No student will receive credit for any course or courses for which they have not properly registered and paid.
Students who receive registration errors when attempting to make registration changes should submit the Course Registration Add - Summer II Term to add courses and the Course Registration Drop - Summer II Term to drop courses.
Students who wish to withdraw from the university must submit the University Withdrawal form. The withdrawal becomes effective on the date that the Registrar receives the request to withdraw.Â

Late Registration
Enrolled students who do not register during the designated registration periods for Fall will be charged a non-refundable Late Registration. The fee will be charged to continuing students who initially register or reregister due to non-payment during the Change of Registration period.

Administrative Withdrawals
In accordance with the 301.2 Administrative Withdrawal policy, department chairs and deans may initiate an administrative withdrawal of a student from classes during the change of registration period at the onset of an academic term.
No Administrative Withdrawal will occur after the registration period ends. Students who do not meet course expectations after the registration period concludes are subject to course grading policies in accordance with the Grades and Grade Point policy. Students who seek withdrawal from a course must do so in accordance with the Undergraduate Withdrawal Policy.
