Sep 24, 2026 - Sep 26, 2026 Boats and Bluegrass is a family friendly festival held on the Mississippi River in Winona, Minnesota. We pride ourselves in providing a fun, safe, and friendly festival environment. If you are looking for a laid-back festival with none of the large-fest hassles, this is your place. With camping just 50 yards from the festival grounds, it does not get any easier. All full-weekend tickets include access to general admission camping, music, and boat rentals for the whole weekend! Kids 16 and under are free with a paying adult. Each ticket tier offers the same access to camping & music, the only difference is the price. Grab ‘em early and save money! BOATS AND… The Friday and Saturday of the fest we will be taking canoe trips out into the backwaters of the Mississippi River. This area was a gathering place for many of the first people to live in this area and is now home to many creatures large and small. We take many trips during the two days and the paddle is included with a weekend pass. We provide the boats and the life jackets, which are required. We have lots of child life jackets but if you have your own please bring it. BLUEGRASS! Bluegrass, Folk, Americana, Country, Old-time, and everything in between! We celebrate roots music with over 40 bands all weekend long.
