Ribbons of Intention Fire Ceremony

Join us for the Ribbons of Intention Fire Ceremony on October 3rd, from Noon to 1:30 PM, as we honor the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi in a special way this year, moving the event from the traditional October 4th due to a scheduling conflict with our Annual Autumn Open House. This sacred ceremony will take place at the Chapel of Creation, where we will remove the colorful fabric ribbons tied to the Tree of Intention—each bearing heartfelt aspirations from the past year. We will gather in reverence around the empty tree, placing a single red ribbon symbolizing world peace before proceeding to the Stargazer Circle.

Here, we will create a sacred space to commemorate Saint Francis, sharing stories, prayers, and our intentions. As we release the ribbons into the fire, we let go of our attachment to the outcomes and express gratitude for how our needs will be met in unexpected ways. The ceremony concludes with a prayer of thanksgiving. Admission is included in the Kinstone entry fee of $10 per person, and no registration is required.
