Balkan Melodies: An Introduction to Balkan Singing for All Levels

Nicolle Neill of Balkan Blue will be at the Winona Public Library on Friday, June 12th at 10AM for a workshop exploring the unique melodies and harmonies of Balkan music. Participants will explore why Balkan music is different through melody shape and sound placement in a fun and relaxed environment. Neill has been a music teacher for more than 20 years. Attendees do not need to consider themselves a singer to enjoy this workshop.
