If your hips or shoulders feel tight, your back gets achy, or things just don’t move like they used to, this class is for you.
Through gentle movement, breath, balance, and rest, we’ll explore how your body moves and where you may be holding unnecessary tension or compensating without realizing it. The goal is not to force movement, but to build greater awareness, coordination, and ease in the way you move every day.
You may notice walking feels easier, your balance improves, or you feel more comfortable doing the activities you love.
You’ll leave with:
• Simple tools to reduce tension and stiffness
• Better awareness of how your body moves
• Improved confidence and stability
• Practical techniques you can use in daily life
No yoga experience or flexibility required. This series is designed to be supportive, approachable, and adaptable for real bodies and real life.
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, all other props will be provided.
