Brazilian Zouk with ALÝSSA

Over five progressive workshops we’ll build everything you need to confidently begin dancing Brazilian Zouk.
You’ll learn:
* The essential foundations of Brazilian Zouk
* Partner connection that feels natural, safe, and enjoyable
* How to lead and follow through comfortable communication
* Styling and expressive movement for both roles
* Head movement foundations and safety
* Musicality and dancing with the music
* Body awareness and posture
* How to dance in close connection while feeling relaxed, comfortable, and secure
* Nervous system regulation through breath, movement, and partner connection
* Social dance etiquette so you feel confident joining future socials and events
Each class builds upon the previous one, giving you a complete introduction to one of the fastest-growing partner dances in the world.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign-in and warm up. No partner required.
