The Walton County Caregiver Support Group at Loganville First UMC and the Chatham County Caregiver Support Group at Skidaway Community Church Library both offer a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for participants. These groups encourage the development of informal mutual support and social relationships among caregivers, while also providing education and information about dementia. Participants have the opportunity to learn problem-solving methods and skills to better manage their caregiving experiences.
