Join us at Northeast Library for an afternoon tie dying cotton bandanas. Depending on the weather, the event move outdoors to the shelter behind the library.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks. Water will be provided.
This program is intended for the ID/DD population, but all are welcome.
