Work through targeted skill stations, including: Flag Pulling and Defense Catching and Route Running Throwing and QB Mechanics Agility and Footwork In her rookie season, Sarah threw for 1,176 yards with 20 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions, earning a 105.9 QBR. Her standout performance earned her 1st Team All-Pro honors, and League MVP.
