Details:
Join us for the first concert of the 2026 Summer Concert Series at Blacktail Dam, featuring the Mooncats, an acoustic band from Beulah, North Dakota. The performance will take place at the new lawn chair amphitheater on the west side of the park and is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own refreshments and chairs, though restrooms will be available. The Mooncats, consisting of Sky Froelich (upright bass), Danny Savage (guitar, banjo, washboard), and Jordan Eslinger (guitar, banjo), showcase a unique style of Americonscious Campfire Folk music that aims to get you grooving. Blacktail Dam Park, located about 25 miles north of Williston, offers various amenities, including camping, picnic areas, boating, and a Par 3 9-hole golf course. Recent renovations have added group camping sites, comfort stations, a lawn chair amphitheater, and RV sites with electric/water hookups.
