Slow Flow Yoga is Yoga done with slow and controlled movements. We link breath with movement to allow a graceful flow from one pose to the next while holding each pose a little longer before moving to the next.
This session will be taught by Megan Hill. Megan is an E-CYT 200hr yoga instructor with over 3,000 teaching hours and a decade of experience. I specialize in accessible mindfulness and creative movement for students of all ages and abilities.
Let's get moving this summer! This program is designed to accompany the Fitness Walking program on Wednesdays from 9:00am-10:00am in community parks around Williamsport. Check out the calendar for all dates and meeting locations. Please register for both programs.
