Cruise Into Kindergarten

Join us for "Cruise Into Kindergarten," a six-week series designed to help children entering kindergarten in the fall of 2026 adjust to this new adventure. Hosted at the Lackawanna County Children’s Library, this program offers a fun and welcoming environment where children can practice essential kindergarten skills such as sitting respectfully for circle time, engaging in imaginative play, and establishing daily school routines. Each session will feature activities themed around the PA Learning Standards and kindergarten readiness skills, ensuring a comprehensive preparation experience.
