Details:
Join us for a day of fun and learning with two exciting events for kids! On June 6, from 8 a.m. to noon, children ages 15 and under are invited to the Kellogg Lake in Carthage for a Free Kids Fishing Event. No registration is required, and kids are encouraged to bring their own fishing equipment. Parents can assist, but are asked to allow children to fish independently as much as possible. Only one pole can be used between the adult and child, and adults are not permitted to fish in the designated children's area.
Additionally, participants can engage in an instructor-led Youth .22 Rifle session, perfect for beginners or those with no prior shooting experience. Attendees will learn about firearm safety and proper marksmanship techniques while using provided rifles, ammunition, and safety gear. Don’t miss out on these fantastic opportunities to make lasting memories!
