Project Back to School

Recipient Criteria
To receive school supplies through Project Back to School, your student must meet the following criteria:

Be enrolled in a Wichita Falls ISD or City View ISD school
Qualify for the free or reduced lunch program
Bring proof of eligibility, such as:
A school lunch program letter
Medicaid or CHIP card
Lone Star Card or SNAP benefits
Additional information: A Student Registration Card must be completed for each child in order to receive school supplies through Project Back to School. Your student does not need to be present to receive school supplies; however, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
