Details:
BRICK training workouts originating from our CycleWerks - Sylvania location; workout begins with a ride (approx. 10-16 miles), followed by a run (2-5 miles). Workout mileage and pace may vary each week depending on participants, conditions and available light.
After the workout plan to stick around for food, beverages and fun. Bring a dish to share!
