We’ll use fresh seasonal produce grown by the Conservatory’s Botanical Gardens Team to create colorful and nutritious sushi rolls. Under the guidance of Dietitian Julie, you’ll learn how to create perfectly seasoned rice, combine ingredients for the best flavor, color, and texture, and of course, how to roll it all up into the classic sushi shape. You’ll also learn to make Japanese-style omelets, with a modern variation suitable for vegans. We’ll accompany our sushi with fun toppings and naturally flavored, iced green tea mocktails.
