Hay Lake School & Erickson

Hay Lake School & Erickson Log Home is a historical site operated by the Washington County Historical Society. It features a one-room brick schoolhouse constructed in 1896 and a log home built in 1868 by Swedish immigrants. The site illustrates pioneer life and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The school served as a classroom until 1963, and the log home was moved to the site in 1974. The location is open seasonally from May to October.
