This gentle, 45-minute Reformer Pilates Stretch class is designed to unwind tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance in the body. With the Reformer as your support system, you’ll move through flowing, breath-connected sequences that gently lengthen muscles, open joints, and calm the nervous system.
Using Pilates principles—Concentration, Control, Centering, Breath, Precision, and Flow—this class invites you to work mindfully with your body while experiencing a deep and supported stretch. Emphasis will be placed on stabilization and safe mobility, allowing for gradual and effective release in commonly tight areas such as the hips, spine, hamstrings, shoulders, and chest.
This is not a workout class—it’s a movement-based recovery class ideal for anyone looking to add balance, improve posture, reduce tension, and feel more at ease in their body.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
~ Gentle reformer sequences focused on elongation, breathing, and control.
~ Occasionally light use of props for support (ball, straps, headrests, therabands)
~ Cueing for alignment and stabilization to ensure proper stretching
~ A steady flow that helps shift the body into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state
WHAT TO WEAR AND NOT TO WEAR:
~ Wear comfortable, form-fitting movement clothes (no zippers or loose pants)
~ Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes
~ Bring water, and feel free to bring your own towel or props if preferred
~ Please leave jewelry at home.
