Move & Melt is a beautifully balanced class that blends the energizing power of a heated vinyasa flow with the deep, grounding stillness of yin yoga. In the first half, you'll move through a dynamic, breath-led sequence designed to build strength, mobility, and heat—helping you shake off tension and reconnect with your body.
In the second half, we melt. Through long-held yin postures supported by blocks and the wall, you’ll gently stretch deep connective tissues and create space—physically and mentally. Yin isn’t passive; it’s an invitation to meet sensation, stay present, and let go.

* Heated with Infrared Technology. Room temperature will be between 98 and 102 degrees, depending on time of year and how many people are in the room. If you're brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with one of our non-heated beginner classes to build a strong foundation. We can't wait to sweat with you when you're ready!
