Each sequence is “stacked” one posture at a time, creating a rhythmic, breath-driven ladder flow that intensifies as the class unfolds. Expect to challenge your strength, stamina, and mental focus.
Class temperatures range from 95–103°F, powered by infrared heat, which helps increase circulation and allows for deeper, safer stretching. Unlike traditional heating methods, infrared heat warms the body directly, encouraging cellular repair and muscle recovery.
