Open Recovery Meeting
Open Recovery Meetings offer a supportive, judgment-free space for people at any point in their relationship with substances—whether you’re sober, actively using, in recovery, or simply curious about change. These gatherings are rooted in the belief that real healing happens in community and that we are not meant to do this work alone.
Facilitated by Kate and Lorren, this meeting is led by two people with lived experience. One facilitator is a peer support professional and the other is currently working toward peer support certification, both holding lengths of sustained sobriety. Together, they hold space with honesty, humility, compassion, and heart—creating an environment where people can show up as they are.
Each meeting offers time to share, listen, and connect through real stories and mutual support. There is no requirement to identify in any particular way, no expectation to “have it all figured out,” and no pressure to participate beyond what feels right for you.
This is an open, welcoming space grounded in respect, care, and shared humanity. While no space is perfect, the intention here is to foster connection, reduce isolation, and support one another through lived experience and community care.
Come as you are. You don’t have to do this alone.
