Details:
Prairie View A&M University Extension will host a workshop on soilless gardening on June 9 in Richmond. The workshop is free, but registration is required. Soilless gardening is a modern cultivation method that replaces soil with nutrient solutions, enabling precise control, higher productivity, efficient resource use and sustainable crop production. Participants will learn how to grow fresh produce without traditional soil, learn about hydroponics cultivation which is ideal for urban spaces and home growers, gain practical tips, resource guides and hands-on experience to start their own thriving garden.
