The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office for Washington County will host a fermentation class in Brenham. The cost of the class is $35 and online registration is available. The deadline to register is April 10. Class size is limited to 12 individuals. Fermentation has been practiced for centuries and is known to offer numerous health benefits including improved digestive health, boosted immunity, heart health support, weight management and enhanced mental well-being. Participants will gain practical, hands-on experience while learning the science and traditions behind fermentation.
