The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County will offer a Professional Food Manager Certification Training course on June 8 and 15 in Waco. The cost of the two-day course is $125, which includes training materials, and the ServSafe National Food Manager Certification exam. Certification is valid anywhere in Texas for five years. Space is limited and the deadline to register is May 22. To register in person visit the AgriLife Extension office in McLennan County at 4224 Cobbs Drive, Waco, or call 254-757-5180. This program is designed to prepare foodservice managers to pass the ServSafe certification exam and provide valuable education regarding the safe handling of food, sanitation, food flow, managing the operation and Hazard Analysis Control Point, HACCP.
