The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Prairie View A&M Extension, in partnership with Citizen State Bank will host Credit 101 on June 8 in Brenham. The course is free and includes a light meal. Registration is available online, or by calling 979-277-6212. Deadline to register is May 22. Participants will learn simple steps to raise their credit score and gain practical tools to take charge of their credit, turning confusion into control. The program includes educational materials and an opportunity to speak with a loan officer. specialist from Prairie View A&M Extension will be on hand to discuss USDA loans and grant opportunities.
