Discovery Camp Week #2

Hey rising K - rising 2nd graders! Join our Discovery Camp for a day packed with excitement and learning! Campers will enjoy diverse activities like water games and arts and crafts until lunch. After lunch, participants enjoy afternoons at Hinkley Pond. Get ready for Theme Days, special entertainment, and Fun Fridays; all in a safe, dynamic environment fostering summer memories! (must be 5 years old at start of camp) *Entertainment subject to change*WHAT TO BRING TO CAMPCampers should bring a full water bottle, snack, lunch, sunscreen (applied prior to arriving at camp in the morning,then re-applied prior to going to the pond) , bathing suit (worn to camp) , and towel. PAYMENT OPTIONS1. Pay in full on the day of registration.2. Pay 50% on the day of registration and pay the remainder by May 15th, 2026. After May 15th, Participants with a balance will be removed from their registered week unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Katie Walper, kwalper@medfield.net. REFUND REQUEST FORMRefund Request FormBOARD OF HEALTHBoard of Health regulations require each child to have an up-to-date health form on file. The form requires a current immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency. CAMPDOCS All health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.CampDoc.com. You will receive an email from CampDoc once your child's profile is ready to setup around the first week of April. You will only need to complete the CampDocs form once. (should take about 15 minutes) Upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site. Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical. WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN WITH INCOMPLETE HEALTH PROFILES! This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public health and is licensed by the Medfield Board of Health.
