The Rose Hill Public Library is a community library that offers a wide range of services and resources. As a KanShare Library, cardholders can access physical materials from eight consortium libraries. The library provides access to nearly 10,000 items for checkout, including books, DVDs, and audiobooks. They host regular events such as Monday Story Time, Spring and Fall Used Book Sales, and a Summer Reading Program with incentives and activities for children. Additionally, the library offers public computers, free Wi-Fi, faxing, scanning to flash drives, and notary services. The library was renovated from a former City Hall building with significant community support and held its grand opening in January 2009.
