The library features an extensive reference collection, Nevada files with local news and history, and local newspaper microfilm. It also includes an art gallery and an auditorium. The building, designed by architect Hewitt Wells and built in 1965, is known for its unique Modernist architecture and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
