Summer Reading Club

Join us for exciting events at the library! First, the Summer Reading Club invites children aged 12 and under to register starting Monday, June 15. Reporting begins June 29 and runs through August 8, with winners announced on August 10. All registrants will receive goody bags and can earn raffle tickets by reporting weekly, giving them a chance to win a Barnes and Noble gift card in the grand prize raffle! Additionally, don’t miss the exhibit "Declaration 1776: The Big Bang of Modern Democracy," on display from December 2025 to December 2026. This exhibition highlights the impact of the Declaration of Independence, showcasing how it inspired not only Americans but also nations globally in their quests for equality and self-determination. Produced by The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, this exhibit uses primary sources to illustrate the far-reaching influence of this pivotal document.
