Join us for a summer of reading and enriching events at the Morris County Library! Celebrate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution with the **American Revolution Lecture Series**, featuring esteemed lecturer Joel Farkas. Attend one, two, or all three standalone lectures: "Washington & Morristown" on June 9, "The Declaration of Independence" on June 16, and "Remembering the Revolution" on June 23, 2026. No registration is required, but seating is first-come, first-served.
Additionally, engage in our **Summer Reading Club** for children aged 12 and under, with registration opening on June 15. Reporting runs from June 29 to August 8, with prizes announced on August 10. Participants will receive goody bags and can earn raffle tickets for a chance to win a Barnes & Noble gift card.
For adults, join the **Adult Summer Reading Bingo** competition starting June 1 through August 31, 2026. Pick up a bingo card at the Readers Services desk and complete reading challenges for a chance to win one of three $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards by submitting your completed card by 9:00 p.m. on August 31.
