A Journey Through Pastels

Join us for a captivating dual exhibition, featuring *A Journey Through Pastels* and *Art 'Round Town*, showcasing the diverse artistic expressions of local and regional creators.

*In A Journey Through Pastels*, discover the expressive beauty and versatility of soft pastels through a juried display by members of the Maryland Pastel Society. This exhibition highlights the vivid colors, delicate textures, and luminous details of pastel works that explore a variety of subjects and styles, from serene landscapes to dynamic contemporary pieces. Visitors will appreciate the skill and creativity behind each unique work, inviting a vibrant experience of this medium.

Complementing this is *Art 'Round Town*, an eclectic celebration of community creativity, featuring original works in fine art, sculpture, metalwork, fiber arts, and more. Both exhibitions run from July 21 to August 29, 2026, and are FREE to the public. Visit the Tevis Gallery during open hours: Tuesday & Thursday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday & Friday from 12 PM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM (closed Sunday & Monday).
