A Journey Through Pastels

Join us for an artistic celebration with two simultaneous exhibitions at the Tevis Gallery from July 21 to August 29, 2026, showcasing the vibrant creativity of local artists.

**A Journey Through Pastels** highlights the expressive beauty and versatility of soft pastels, featuring work from members of the Maryland Pastel Society. Through vivid colors and delicate textures, artists explore a wide array of subjects and styles, from serene landscapes to dynamic contemporary pieces, demonstrating the unique capabilities of pastel as both immediate and richly layered.

**Art 'Round Town** celebrates the diverse talents within our community, presenting an eclectic mix of original artworks including fine art, sculpture, metalwork, and fiber arts. This exhibition embodies the creativity found throughout Carroll County, inviting visitors to discover the myriad perspectives and techniques of local and regional artists.

Both exhibitions are FREE to the public. Visit us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 PM to 7 PM, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 PM to 4 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM (closed Sundays and Mondays, with extended hours during films and events).
