A Journey Through Pastels

Join us for an engaging dual exhibition from July 21 to August 29, 2026, at the Tevis Gallery, where art and creativity flourish in the heart of Carroll County. "A Journey Through Pastels" showcases the expressive beauty and versatility of soft pastels through a juried selection of works by the Maryland Pastel Society. Experience a vivid array of landscapes, portraits, and contemporary compositions that highlight the unique texture and detail of pastels.

Alongside this, "Art 'Round Town" celebrates local and regional creativity, displaying a diverse collection of original artworks, including fine art, sculpture, and fiber arts. This exhibition reflects the rich talent within our community, inviting visitors to view familiar themes through fresh artistic perspectives.

Both exhibitions are free to the public, and visitors can explore these vibrant displays during gallery hours: Tuesday & Thursday from 12pm-7pm, Wednesday & Friday from 12pm-4pm, and Saturday from 10am-4pm (closed Sunday and Monday).
