Hyper Walk Fitness - NRC Activity Pool

Hyper Walk Fitness High cardio, high intensity Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. Indoor Activity Pool - Northglenn Recreation Center: Pool depth 3.5-4.5 feet. Strengthen muscles with a one-hour low impact, high intensity interval training water walking class. Participants use weights and move with and against the current to keep their heart rate up until a recovery segment. It is highly suggested that you take the River Walking Fitness class before taking this class.
