Join us for FREE Sculpt on the Lawn at The Lights! This high intensity fitness class will work the whole body with motivating music to keep you going. Class will target arms, legs, cardio, and core. All ages and abilities welcome with modifications and intensifications offered to customize your practice. Get ready to sweat in the SUN! Please bring a mat (or towel), water, hand towel, and your sunglasses.
