Spring Yoga Series

Details:

Join us for the revitalizing Yoga Series, featuring 50-minute classes held every Tuesday at 9:15 am, led by certified instructor Christina Teofilak. Designed for all experience levels, these sessions focus on connecting breath with movement to promote relaxation and balance. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi!

Please note that we have implemented a small fee of $5 to help cover presenter costs, which can be paid online or in person on the day of the event. Registrations open two weeks before each session, and you are encouraged to register for each class you plan to attend. Remember to bring your own yoga mat, or you can borrow one from the library. On pleasant days, some classes may be held outdoors.
