Spend the Night at the Guyer Opera House
Guyer Opera House
Step into a place where history didn’t end… it stayed.
Built in the ashes of the devastating 1893 fire, the Guyer Opera House rose again in 1900—thanks to its founder, Dr. Oscar K. Guyer. But he never made it to opening night. He passed away in March of 1901… and his funeral was held inside the very auditorium.
Some say… he never left.
And he’s not alone.
In 1923, 6-year-old Newell Calpha was tragically shot during a firearms demonstration while seated in the third row.
He was carried downstairs… where he passed away inside the building.
To this day, investigators claim to capture full-bodied apparitions of a small child believed to be Newell.
Reported activity includes:
• Footsteps when no one is there
• Knocking, whispers, and disembodied voices
• Lights turning on and off
• Doors opening on their own
• Shadow figures in the dressing rooms
• Growling sounds from the upper areas
And even more chilling…
Our own host, Jeff Phillips, was injured during an investigation—pushed on the staircase and sent down the steps, leaving him with serious injuries.
This location doesn’t just tell stories… it interacts.
This is P3’s THIRD trip back—and there’s a reason we keep returning. The evidence here is some of the most incredible we’ve ever captured.
And this time… you’re invited.
