The City of Bluffton is pursuing funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program to assist eligible homeowners with needed home repairs. If funding is awarded, qualifying homeowners may be eligible for up to $25,000 in assistance for projects such as:
Roof repair or replacement
Heating and cooling system replacement
Water heater replacement
ADA accessibility improvements to the home's entrance
Select interior accessibility modifications

Applications are available now and may be submitted before funding decisions are announced.
