L.E.A.D.E. Foundation

The L.E.A.D.E. Foundation is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering leadership, education, advocacy, development, and community engagement. They aim to create positive change by empowering individuals and communities through strong leadership training, enhanced access to quality education via scholarships and resources, active advocacy for social and economic issues, sustainable development initiatives, and active community involvement. The foundation was formerly known as the Omicron Alpha Lambda (OAL) Foundation, established in 2014, and rebranded in 2021 to better align with its mission.
