Common Ground, Dallas Welcomes The World: An Art Exhibition

What if the souvenir you took home from Dallas actually changed someone's life?
Common Ground is a free art exhibition at The Stewpot featuring original works by Dallas neighbors who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness. Soccer brought the world to Dallas. This is our invitation to come together around something that matters.
Five spaces of original art. A gallery storefront stocked with Dallas-themed souvenirs. And every single purchase goes directly to a neighbor artist working their way out of homelessness.
The galleries:
Goals for Good — Soccer balls painted on round acrylic. One of a kind. Available to purchase.
Seen — A portrait gallery celebrating the faces and cultures that make up Dallas and the world.
The Collection — Three color-curated rooms of original works across a range of subjects and styles, with a connecting hallway of Dallas landmark and cityscape paintings.
Every piece throughout the exhibition is available for purchase.
Art prints, postcards, magnets, keychains, and coasters are available in the gallery storefront. Every item features original artwork by a Dallas neighbor experiencing homelessness.
Special event: An Evening on Common Ground
Join us Wednesday, July 9 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a free evening celebration with a live DJ, refreshments, and giveaways.

When you arrive
Enter from Malcolm X Blvd through the gated entrance and park in the lot. A staff member will meet you at The Stewpot banner in front of the courtyard and walk you to the gallery.

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
