Details:
Come spend a Saturday morning with us at the gallery.
A Saturday on Common Ground is a free event at The Stewpot featuring music, refreshments, and five spaces of original art by Dallas neighbors experiencing homelessness. Bring a friend. Bring your family. Come see the campus and take something home.
All five gallery spaces will be open:
Goals for Good — Soccer balls painted on round acrylic. Each one available to purchase.
Seen — A portrait gallery celebrating the faces and cultures that make up Dallas and the world.
The Collection — Three color-curated rooms of original work across a range of subjects and styles, with a connecting hallway of Dallas landmark and cityscape paintings.
Every piece throughout the exhibition is available for purchase. The gallery storefront will also be open with Dallas art prints, postcards, magnets, keychains, and coasters. Every purchase supports the artists directly.
This is part of Common Ground: Dallas Welcomes the World, a free art exhibition running June 17 through July 17. If you haven't visited yet, Saturday June 27 is a great excuse to come out.
Admission is free. Reservations required.
Reserve your spot at www.thestewpot.org/common-ground
When you arrive:
Enter from Malcolm X Blvd through the gated entrance and park in the lot. A staff member will meet you at The Stewpot banner in front of the courtyard and walk you to the gallery.
