Details:
Join the T.V.A (Teen Volunteer and Advisory Agents) Meeting at the Waupaca Public Library, designed for students in 6th-12th grade. This engaging group provides opportunities to have fun, meet new friends, and make a difference by discussing future teen programs, earning volunteer hours, and contributing to developing the teen space and book selection at the library. T.V.A. members play an active leadership role in implementing and promoting library services for teens in the Waupaca area. To join, students must regularly attend meetings and submit the T.V.A. Application Form. Participants will gain valuable benefits, including community service hours, important job skills such as teamwork and communication, and the chance to voice their ideas within the library community. The T.V.A. aims to be an inclusive group, welcoming teens from public, private, and homeschooling backgrounds. For more information, contact Teen Librarian Taylor Wilcox.
