CNY Book Crawl 2026

The CNY Book Crawl is a 10-day regional celebration of independent bookstores across Central New York. Readers are invited to visit participating shops throughout five counties, discover new spaces, while supporting local businesses.
You can visit one shop, a few shops or make it your mission to visit all 19. The CNY Book Crawl is designed so you can participate in whatever way works best for your schedule, your map and your book-buying stamina.
Pick up your CNY Book Crawl passport at any participating shop or print it from one of the shops’ websites. Bring it with you as you visit each bookstore and have it stamped at every stop along the way.
Each participating shop will have its own hours throughout the 10-day crawl. Some shops may also have special events, extended hours or pop-ups during the crawl.
