Flexible membership options, akin to a gym membership, allow you to choose your attendance frequency. You can start with a Try-A-Class session or select a weekly membership to guarantee your spot. Classes are available for adults, teens, and tweens at various times:

- Adult Morning: Tues, Wed, Thur 10am-12pm
- Adult Evening: Wed, Thur 6:30-8:30pm
- Teen: Wed & Thur 4-6pm
- Tween: Tues 4-6pm
