Join the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development Ambassadors for a ribbon cutting at Riehm Produce Farm on Tuesday, August 12 at 5 PM. The event will take place at 7244 North State Route 53 as part of a one-day-only celebration for the reveal of the farm’s newly constructed barn. In July 2024, a fire destroyed the farm’s cattle barn, sparking an outpouring of support from the local community. One year later, the Riehm family is ready to share what they’ve built and officially open the new barn with a public celebration. The ribbon cutting is part of a larger event running from 4 PM to 7 PM, offering guests a sneak peek at fall Barnyard Fun Adventures. Families are invited to enjoy hayrides, goat walks, pedal carts, a 2-story slide, steer roping, and more. Free Johnny Fries will be served from the Feed Sack, and all attendees can enter to win door prizes including the grand prize, a lifetime family pass to Fun Acres. Riehm Produce Farm is a family-owned and operated farm led by Phil, John, and Diane Riehm. Since the 1950s, the Riehm family has provided fresh local produce, baked goods, and memorable on-farm experiences through their CSA program, farm market, and seasonal events. We invite you to help celebrate the strength and dedication of the Riehm family and take part in a special day on the farm. For more information, visit funacres.net.
